Fish Charm
Fish Charm. Expert Level! Elegant Fashion 360 makes this look easy! I recommend having 2 hooks, pre-stretch your bands, and the one step that she has you take one band double it and make a triangle, your band might not be big enough, if not use two bands (I did and it worked). If you can find a helper that might help as well. How to video below:
